Meet the Dream Homes Team
The LBI Dream Homes team is dedicated to bringing you a real estate experience that is professional, seamless, and enjoyable. When you decide you are ready to move forward with buying or selling a home – we are here for you seven days a week and offer flexible appointments based on YOUR schedule. When you are represented by our team, you are represented by three longtime local residents, who have the experience to help you find the best home on LBI, in the right location, that will meet the wants and needs of your family.
Throughout our careers, we have developed and maintained close working relationships with numerous industry professionals, and have a high degree of negotiation experience to help facilitate the buying or selling process. We understand that this process can seem daunting, which is why we will do the legwork for you. Whether it is mounting a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors for municipal resale CO inspection or professionally photographing your home for sale, rest assured our team will get the job done.
Sandra “Sandi” Messina
Licensed in 1988, Sandi has spent her career working in various aspects of New Jersey real estate. From new home sales, property management, land development, and new construction – she brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience to each transaction she handles. Her in-depth understanding of LBI municipalities, flood zones, and home resale and construction requirements is an important yet, often overlooked, a strength that is extremely beneficial to have in a real estate agent.
She has been recognized as a top performer at Berkshire Hathaway, Zack Shore REALTORS®, as well as the recipient of several sales awards. However for Sandi, her job isn’t about public recognition, it’s about providing an unparalleled level of service to each client she works with and always keeping her client’s best interests front and center at all times.
Sandi is also an active member of the LBI community and has served on the Brant Beach Yacht Club membership committee for six years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling with her husband Sal, and relaxing on the beautiful beaches of LBI.
Salvatore “Sal” Messina
Apart from their work as agents, Sal and Sandi are also the owners and operators of Sand Castle Construction, LLC., and Sal has been licensed to sell real estate in NJ since 2008. Sal is a skilled land developer, bringing over 40 years of hands-on construction and home-building experience in LBI & Ocean City, as well as various communities in Atlantic, Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington counties. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of building, including home-renovation on existing structures, as well as the vision to turn each home into YOUR dream home. All construction-related questions are answered immediately by Sal to save time and reinforce decision making. This level of expertise is a unique component of the LBI Dream Homes team and truly separates us from others.
Sal is a former Director of the Builders League of South Jersey, has served as a Past Commodore of the Brant Beach Yacht Club, and continues to remain active within the yacht club community.
Kacie Fidler
As the youngest of Sandi and Sal’s four children, Kacie grew up watching her parents pursue successful careers in the real estate profession and has always had an interest in the industry. In 2019, she decided to follow in her parent’s footsteps and become a licensed realtor, officially joining the LBI Dream Homes team.
Before becoming licensed, Kacie graduated manga cum laude from Montclair State University, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management in 2014. She has worked in sales, program management, software, as well as social media management. With that, she brings years of customer service experience and an understanding of utilizing social media platforms to effectively market properties.
In addition to her career as a real estate agent, Kacie is also a certified fitness trainer at Black Sheep Studios, a boutique fitness studio on LBI.
